PreventT2 is part of the National Diabetes Prevention Program, led by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). It is a proven program to help people with prediabetes prevent or delay development of type 2 diabetes. 禁漫天堂 Extension Agents throughout the state are trained as lifestyle coaches to lead groups through the year-long lifestyle change program. This program is offered both virtually and in-person.
